ASM integrates documentation, supplier qualification, local-content considerations, ethics and regulatory requirements into procurement.

ARSP and subcontracting

ARSP is the Government’s technical body for regulating private-sector subcontracting in the DRC. ASM is not ARSP and does not provide legal advice. Applicable requirements should be verified against current official texts and publications.

ASM controls

Controls may include supplier identity and documentation, procurement traceability, contract documentation, local-content considerations, conflicts of interest, anti-bribery and escalation to qualified advice where required.

Regulated categories: certain supplies, including explosives and blasting materials, are subject to specific rules. ASM does not bypass authorizations and only works through duly authorized channels and operators.

Ethics

ASM takes a zero-tolerance position toward bribery, fraudulent documents, undisclosed conflicts and deliberate misrepresentation of supplier status.
